Supported by the Rotary Club of Brighton, Fabrica is pleased to announce a new and updated version of The Boys on the Plaque, a book commemorating 95 local soldiers who fought in World War One, 17 of whom lost their lives in the war.

Originally released in 2017, following a two-year research project funded by Heritage Lottery Fund, this book tells the story of each and every man listed on the original WWI memorial plaque which still hangs on the wall of the former Holy Trinity Church, now Fabrica contemporary art gallery. Now with updated information, our re-release helps us continue to remember local people of Brighton & Hove.

We are proud to share a digital copy of this book with all of you.

If you would like to have a printed copy of our publication, please get in touch!

To buy, visit Fabrica and purchase a copy during gallery open hours, Wed-Sat 12-5pm & Sun 2-5pm. Cash preferred.

Orders can also be made over the phone on request, with an additional cost of £2.95 p+p. / 01273 778646
